Cork fabric
All SET HERO bags consist of environmentally friendly cork fabric made in Europe.
Because of its properties, the fabric is also called 'cork leather': it is durable, water-resistant and wipe-clean. In contrast to leather the cork fabric does not lose its softness when exposed to water.

Zippers
The zippers used for SET HERO bags are produced in Germany and have been awarded the seal of approval 'Commitment to Sustainability' by the German Institute for Sustainability and Economics.
Sewing threads
The threads used for SET HERO bags come from a German company and have been certified accoding to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, 93.0.4233.
Magnets
The magnets integrated in SET HERO bags are strong neodymium disc magnets encased in synthetic material which makes them waterproof and stainless.
Care label: the cork fabric is wipe-clean, which means it can be cleaned by hand with a wet cloth but it should not be machine-washed or tumble-dried.
Measurements of the belt bag: ca. 28cm length x 8cm width x 21cm height.
Belt sizes
Of course the belt size is adjustable. It can be adjusted on both sides of the closure. Nevertheless, there are three ranges available, so that a small size doesn't have extra long lose ends and a large size doesn't have to worry about the belt beng too short. SET HERO is supposed to be worn by everyone with joy and will fit even when you're wearing a fluffy duvet jacket for filming outside or when you're wearing the bag across your body.
Size 1: Total circumference bag + belt = 65cm to 135cm
Size 2: Total circumference bag + belt = 85cm to 165cm
Size 3: Total circumference bag + belt = 105cm to 195cm
If you prefer wearing your bag cross body (i.e. diagonally across your shoulder and upper body) and not around your hips, I recommend a belt size 2 or size 3.

Delivery time
After receiving your order, your bags will be manufactured and sent as quickly as possible. The SET HERO bags are carfeully hand-crafted by Mandy and made to order, so that the delivery time may be up to 4 weeks in the EU, up to 6 weeks for countries outside the EU.

Don't worry. Just send me an Email if it's an urgent order and we will find a solution.
If you have selected items with different delivery times, the longer delivery is automatically valid since everything will be shipped together. Unless of course, you would like to have them delivered separately. In that case, please send an email to hello@sethero.de.
Shipping
The shipping will be carried out by DHL, will be insured and have a tracking number.
Your order can also be shipped to a DHL Packstation (if available in the destination country).
You will receive a confirmation mail once your order is on its way to you.
Pickup in Cologne
If you are in the area, you can also pick up your order in person at Mandy's place in Cologne – of course you will not be charged a shipping fee if you select this option. Choose 'Pickup in Cologne' at the checkout. Mandy will then get in touch with you as soon as your order is ready so you can determine the pickup date together.

Should you have any questions regarding the current delivery time or the shipping, please send an email to hello@sethero.de.
Even after thoughtfully placing an order, there might be reasons to return a product.
According to German legal requirements, customers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiveing an order. For more information about this, please read §12 'Right of withdrawal' in the Terms & Conditions. After expressing your withdrawal in an email or a letter, you can return your order without stating any reasons to this address.
Please note that the shipping costs for a return will not be paid by SET HERO but the customer.
When returning an order, the customer will receive a refund of the full amount paid for the products within 14 days after the return package has been received.
Please note: custom-made orders are excluded from the returns policy and cannot be returned.

Front:
– patch pocket with a zipper
– small zipper compartment in the bottom
Right-hand side
– slide-in pocket with a magnet for small scissors
– belt strap to attach tools, e.g. the lint roller case
– magnetic clip to hold your call sheet, notes, a drawstring bag, etc.
Left-hand side
– belt strap to attach tools such as a radio set or the stitch gun holster
– carabiner hook to display a crew member card or more equipment, e.g. keys, bags, a lint glove, etc.
Inside
– lid with 8 elastic bands to strap in your yarns and tapes, etc.; opens with a two-way zipper
– two large compartments, divided by a sturdy double fabric layer
– patch pocket on the divider, closes with a magnetic band to safely hold e.g. safety pins
– three smaller slide-in compartments, e.g. for hair tape, small boxes, a small brush, etc.
Back
– large zipper compartment
– small pocket in credit card size, e.g. for a hotel key card, ID or measuring tape
– Compartment with a magnetic clip to quickly and safely store your smart phone
